1. Order Dispatch

2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, all orders are delivered across India within an estimated 3 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery location and the shipping carrier’s network in your area.

• Metro cities & major urban areas: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote, rural, or hilly regions: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

PerfumeBazaar offers free shipping on all orders across India. No additional delivery fee will be charged at checkout for standard orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

PerfumeBazaar offers Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment option across eligible pin codes in India. Please note the following important details regarding COD orders:

• COD is available at select pin codes across India.
• For certain pin codes, a partial advance payment of 10%–20% of the total COD order amount may be required at the time of order placement.
• This partial payment is fully adjusted and subtracted from the total amount payable at the time of delivery — you will not be charged any extra amount.
• The partial advance is collected to confirm order intent and ensure reliable delivery in areas with higher return rates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier partner’s website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

If you have not received a tracking update within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Failed Delivery & Non-Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier partner will typically make up to 2–3 additional attempts. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of order placement.

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch.
• PerfumeBazaar is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
